Job summary

Paycom is seeking a CSR/Teller II to interact with customers, maintain and service an existing client base, and resolve inquiries and issues. The role includes cash handling, check deposits, new account processing, and daily balancing responsibilities in a bank branch setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by telephone, or electronically while meeting bank standards.
• Open new accounts, update customer files, or close accounts as needed.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at end of day; prepare cash orders.
• Process deposits, verify amounts, and issue receipts.
• Verify documents and signatures for validity and legality.
• Record customer interactions and transactions; resolve complaints or escalate appropriately.
• Accept loan payments and verify payoff amounts as required.
