Job summary

This on-site, full-time position requires accurate handling of deposits, withdrawals, and checks, with a focus on compliance and customer care.

You will engage with customers, promote bank products, and assist with online banking and card services, within a community-focused environment that supports growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior banking or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide variety of transactions accurately and in accordance with policy.
• Verify ownership, signatures, POAs, endorsements, and funds availability.
• Perform cash verifications on deposits, withdrawals, and exchanges.
• Assist customers with online banking enrollment, debit cards, and other requests.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
