Job summary

The Croghan Colonial Bank in Bellevue, OH is seeking a Teller to provide exceptional customer service while handling cash transactions accurately and compliantly. You will use product knowledge to identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate teammates as needed.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a willingness to work rotating Saturday shifts. Training and career growth are supported within a collaborative community bank.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with others.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Professionally and accurately processes a wide variety of transactions following bank policy.
• Reviews transactions for proper ownership, signatures, POA’s, endorsements, funds availability and red flags.
• Performs accurate cash verifications on deposits, withdrawals and exchanges.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments in person or via various channels.
• Fulfills customer requests for cashier's checks and other banking services.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business products and services and refers customers to teammates.
