Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store operations and help deliver a standout customer experience. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, display stock, and maintain an inviting store atmosphere while supporting new hire training.

Your role includes opening/closing the store and working day, evening, and weekend shifts to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction. Opportunities for growth exist within a family-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
