Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to guests entering the store and assist multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and pursue sales goals; track overall sales performance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists and weekly shipments.
• Display merchandise to promote sales using product knowledge as guidance.
• Achieve and/or exceed sales targets and communicate needs or issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions for the store.
• Protect assets and financial information by following internal controls and reporting suspected fraud.
