Job summary

Tennessee-Title-Loans, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, asking follow-up questions and helping customers make decisions about money. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver's License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
