Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 18+ years old preferred
• Previous retail or food service experience preferred
• Ability to handle cash and basic math accurately
• Ability to identify customers and read IDs
• Comfort with lottery and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to customers
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist enrollment
• Suggest items at checkout to boost sales
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership
