Crosby’s Stores is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience while keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll support sales and profitability goals during your shift and follow company recipes and standards for fresh food items.

We're seeking friendly, reliable associates who can exceed customer expectations every day, with a focus on teamwork, cash handling, and providing helpful service across all store duties.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and shift reports.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate when needed.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays fully stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment inside and out.
