Miniso is seeking a Sales Associate in Palo Alto, CA to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations while promoting the membership program.

You will maintain displays, handle transactions, and assist with inventory. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is required to support store goals.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math abilities are a must.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers promptly and manage multiple customers.
• Identify needs and guide customers to merchandise with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling and stay informed about product availability.
• Maintain displays and store appearance to meet merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Assist with inventory tasks including restocking and organization.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales and promote promotions.
• Keep the store clean and professional at all times.
• Support store promotions and events to drive sales objectives.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas while following safety protocols.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
