Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting shoppers, identifying needs, and offering personalized recommendations to help them find the right products.

You will process transactions at the POS, assist with inventory and stock organization, maintain attractive displays, support store promotions, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with attention to multiple customers.
• Assess needs and guide to merchandise with tailored recommendations.
• Upsell using suggestive selling while knowing product availability.
• Maintain attractive displays and merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately with the POS.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and organization.
• Provide product knowledge to drive sales.
• Keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Support promotions and sales events.
• Ability to access stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
