Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and monitor personal sales goals and track performance.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards as documented in manuals and memos.
• Assist daily store operations including work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales following the product knowledge guide.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs and communicate issues to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions for the store.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud risks.
