Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track sales performance.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales and respond to customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with store management about issues and opportunities.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
