Job summary

Englefield, Inc. in Norton, OH is seeking a Duchess Team Member for FT/PT roles on the 3rd shift. You’ll welcome customers, process transactions with modern POS systems, and maintain a clean store while stocking shelves and managing inventory.

You’ll follow safety and compliance rules for tobacco, alcohol, and lottery, and promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards program. You’ll use technology to assist customers, improve efficiency, and support a great customer experience as part of a team

• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
