Englefield, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking friendly cashiers to join the Duchess Team. This FT/PT Swing Shift role offers flexible hours and a pathway to growth within a community-focused retail team.

You will greet customers, process transactions with accuracy, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store while following safety rules for tobacco and other age-restricted items. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
