Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe shopping environment by staying aware on the sales floor.
• Greet Customers with eye contact and a friendly hello; assist with merchandise.
• Assist Customers at the register and answer questions accurately.
• Keep the store clean and well-merchandised per guidelines.
• Follow MOS and loss prevention policies to protect assets.
• Represent the Ross brand with integrity in all interactions.
• Support stocking and replenishment to meet monthly presentation guidelines.
• Adhere to dress code and professional appearance.
