Responsibilities

• Develop brand familiarity and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented service.
• Put the customer at the center of every interaction.
• Layer personalized service from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Support email capture as part of sales and service.
• Provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer calls with courteous greetings and assist with orders.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards; keep the sales floor ready.
• Ensure cleanliness across sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
