Responsibilities

• Delivers highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash procedures per operating procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Participates in store recovery and safety programs
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and loss prevention initiatives
