The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Associate for our Monroe, NY TJ Maxx store. You will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfactory customer experience, engaging with shoppers, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor in line with company standards.

As part of a collaborative team, you will help ring purchases, participate in loyalty programs, and support loss prevention and safety initiatives while adapting to daily store needs and peak times.
