Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Legible handwriting and good verbal and written communication are required.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Build friendly rapport and provide exceptional service through the cash register and assist with inquiries.
• Operate a cash register, handle transactions, and assist customers with product inquiries, item location, and purchases.
• Promote loyalty programs and special offers.
• Maintain accurate displays, restock assigned areas, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Unload deliveries according to Company processes and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with store leadership to improve operations and communicate opportunities.
• Understand and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe store environment.
• Keep the store neat, organized, and clean for customers and associates.
