The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our El Paso location.

You will help shape store success through merchandising, collaboration, and strong customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory and visual displays, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.
