Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Proficient communication in person, on the phone, and online.
• Proficiency with computer use and sustained monitor attention.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer relationships with the bank.
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Assist team members and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Ensure compliance with bank processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Help achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
