Job summary

Bestway is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Hot Springs, AR to deliver, install, and demonstrate products at customers' homes. You will learn product knowledge, protect merchandise, build relationships, and help ensure rent-to-own experiences meet high standards. As a brand ambassador, you will explain rental agreements, support payments, and assist with showroom presentation.

The role offers opportunities for advancement, with hours Mon-Sat from 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused delivery professional with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and demonstrate products.
• Must be able to explain rental agreements and terms.

Responsibilities

• Be a Bestway brand ambassador reflecting commitment to best products and prices.
• Timely deliver, install, and demonstrate products at customers' homes in a safe, respectful manner.
• Protect merchandise with blankets, shrink wrap, and hand trucks during loading and unloading.
• Learn to assemble products and perform minor touch ups to be rent ready within 48 hours.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction during interactions.
• Assist in managing customer accounts by securing on-time payments and collecting delinquent balances.
• Represent yourself and Bestway professionally at all times.
• Complete weekly vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and stocked with tools and accessories.
• Maintain high-quality showroom presentation for a customer-friendly sales environment.
• Store and organize products in stock room area and protect inventory.
• Develop product knowledge to become a knowledgeable expert for customers.
• Use hand receipts for returns and payments in the field.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
