Loop Neighborhood Market in California is hiring for all-level Team Members to staff a busy convenience store and car wash network. You will handle cash, assist customers, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe environment across shifts.

We value teamwork, safety, and customer-centered service as core principles. Roles are available across first, second, and third shifts with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to perform basic math including making change.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol as required by law.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Maintain composure and follow procedures during emergencies.
• Tolerance for exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register throughout the shift, keeping money balanced and serving customers promptly.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash-related issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
