Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a collections or accounts receivable role required
• Previous work in a call center environment, preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently required
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required

Responsibilities

• Drive collection results through the client experience via calls, texts, and emails.
• Maintain accurate payment information and coordinate with clinics on adjustments.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and collection goals.
• Work with leaders on tests and rollouts to improve the division and client results.
• Provide feedback and participate in team development and ongoing learning.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
