Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering or leaving the store.
• Ring on registers and maintain cash/media at registers.
• Keep cash wrap orderly.
• Receive payment by cash, card, vouchers or debits.
• Promote MStyle Loyalty Program and enroll customers.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change.
• Count money in drawers at shift start to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising and housekeeping.
• Process and replenish merchandise.
• Support cycle counts preparation.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and answer questions.
• Escalate to a manager if issues are unresolved.
• Clean shelves, counters, tables, and fixtures.
