Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to assist customers and identify selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Process Checkout and/or Return transactions.
• Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area.
• Provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities.
• Escalate customer issues as first level support.
• Coach and train other Front End Associates and participate in training of new Cashiers.
