Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Cashier who will be the face of the store, handling transactions quickly and accurately while delivering outstanding customer service. You will assist customers with product locations, maintain checkout areas, and support front-end operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training includes dailyPay and store-wide teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks and multi-task while staying organized.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push/pull carts as needed.
• Good numeric literacy and cash handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and politely.
• Provide prompt, friendly service and resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Maintain checkout areas, stock shelves as needed, and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist with facing, stocking, and product location guidance for customers.
• Communicate with front end manager and Head Cashier as needed.
