Harps is seeking a Cash Office Clerk to ensure efficient front-end operations and outstanding service. You will manage cash handling, transfers, deposits, and till reconciliation while maintaining accuracy and security.

Responsibilities include supervising service desk procedures, handling refunds, and supporting financial service sales. A flexible schedule, strong integrity, and customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year experience operating a cash register in a retail establishment, preferably grocery.
• Ability to accurately count money.
• Adaptable to different situations with flexibility to shifting priorities.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Moves, lifts and places merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• May be exposed to weather conditions and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Front-end Accounting Procedures – supervise opening, transfers, deposits, till prep and closing.
• Service Desk Procedures – provide tills and sell financial services products, refunds and related duties.
• Safety/Quality Orientation – emphasize high quality and safety procedures.
• Building Relationships – foster teamwork and empathy with customers and colleagues.
