Job summary

Guckenheimer is seeking a friendly Cashier to support daily dining services. You will operate the cash register, process transactions, and stock beverage and food displays while upholding HACCP guidelines in a fast-paced environment at the Tualatin site.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail cashier roles, strong math and communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. This on-site position offers regular morning shifts with opportunities to contribute to a high-standard dining

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Retail Cashier or similar role operating cash registers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Record sales on a cash register and make accurate change within 1% margin.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally per policy.
• Operate cash register and stock service areas for beverages and foods.
• Provide product details and ensure café stations are clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory of disposable items and refresh displays as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing shift tasks and side work.
