Job summary

Salon Service Group, Springfield, MO, is seeking a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. You will work closely with the Store Manager and DSCs to maintain high retail standards in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a high school diploma and prior retail or customer service experience; familiarity with POS systems is preferred and weekend availability can be expected. We offer healthcare, savings accounts, and a variety of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service with customers, building strong partnerships.
• Perform daily store operations including inventory and cash management.
• Communicate with area DSCs to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Participate in product knowledge classes and training to drive sales.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and balance cash drawer daily.
• Process returns and discounts per policy.
• Stay informed on market trends and make product recommendations.
