Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

• Advanced communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and address needs with prompt, accurate information and resolutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and your team of bank associates.
• Complete bank transactions securely and confidentially including deposits, withdrawals, money orders, cashier checks, etc.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer levels and assist in vault balancing.
• Implement regulatory requirements and required training.
• Promote bank products using a proven format and 7 Step Conversation.
• Represent the bank well in the community.
