Responsabilidades

• Maintains understanding of all bank products and services.
• Delivers high-quality service with professional greetings and builds customer relationships.
• Solves customer needs through effective problem solving.
• Sells and refers bank products within bank guidelines and follows up with prospects.
• Maintains professional conduct and neat workspace.
• Builds good working relationships with staff and participates in community activities.
• Processes banking transactions including opening accounts, deposits, IRAs, and payments.
• Performs teller duties with accuracy and balances cash drawer.
• Adheres to security, compliance and Bank Secrecy Act policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
