Texana Bank in Linden, TX seeks a Universal Banker to handle teller transactions and new accounts, while promoting bank products to customers.

You will maintain knowledge of our product line, provide prompt, friendly service, and follow bank policies and procedures under supervision. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service and teller experience and strong interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth across East Texas branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• At least 1 year customer service and cross-selling experience.
• At least 1 year teller experience.
• Ability to enter numerical data on computer with speed and accuracy.
• Good mathematical aptitude to facilitate daily balancing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.

Responsabilités

• Processes teller transactions and new account functions per policy.
• Provides prompt, friendly service and cross-sells bank products.
• Maintains knowledge of products/services and assists customers.
• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and process wires and deposits.
• Balances accounts and observes security procedures.
