• You light up around people and learn quickly around vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the lot and online from the first minute.
• Listen first to uncover what someone needs before talking price.
• Run needs analysis and explain trims, features, and the Chevy difference.
• Take customers on test drives and let the vehicle do the talking.
• Present options and help customers select a car they feel good about.
• Follow up with guests to build a book of business and repeat visits.
• Strive for monthly sales goals and high CSI scores.
