Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with management.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including making change.
• Ability to validate ID before selling tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and follow policies during emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and keep the register balanced.
• Stock shelves and keep store clean and professional.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
