Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or customer service.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content.

• Develop and execute the Customer Care training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials.
• Lead the team of trainers delivering training programs.
