Two critical skills: Thoughtful customer care and professionalism.

You’ll be our front-line representative welcoming new customers, helping customers to make appointments in our Service Center, and seeking answers to customer questions while their car is here.

Collaborating with all members of our award-winning Service Team is a rewarding part of this role.

Our Customer Care Team spends a significant part of their day reaching out to our valued customers to remind them of upcoming maintenance, preventative care, manufacturer recalls, annual inspections, and schedules those appointments with them at that time.

You’ll also be calling to welcome our new customers who recently purchased their vehicle from Scott Honda of West Chester.

Role requirements:

  1. Experience in hospitality industries, including the automotive, is a plus.
  2. Strong communication skills that build trust, earn confidence, and find an agreeable option for our customers.
  3. Excellent people skills and problem-solving.
  4. Track record for dependability and teamwork.
  5. Readiness to learn new software and technology.
  6. Motivated by monetary bonus based on team challenges and competitions.

You will receive training in marketing and communication skills for effective phone conversations and email strategies.
