Lineage seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee general office and customer service activities critical to daily warehouse results. You will supervise and train direct reports, act as the billing/claims contact, handle escalated issues, coordinate with Operations, and prepare regular customer activity reports.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and reliable performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Formación

• 3 years customer service experience in warehousing and/or distribution environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pay Range:$62,353.20 - $92,900.00
