Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; call center/clinical experience preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English; strong medical terminology is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail; confidential handling of patient data.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, friendly communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels.
• Aim for one call resolution and a personalized customer experience.
• Notify clients of results and handle inquiries about specimens, tests, and scheduling.
• Document all communication accurately in the designated system.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs and respect patient confidentiality; support cross-training.
