Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air in Rancho Cordova, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first voice customers hear, handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and capture accurate information in Service Titan. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, call-driven environment with clear processes.

Requirements include 1+ year in customer service, high school diploma, strong communication, ability to type while talking, and familiarity with Service Titan.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Excellent communication skills: clear, warm, and easy to talk to.
• Ability to type while speaking with customers.
• Previous experience with in/outbound calling or appointment setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, assist customers, and explain services clearly and confidently.
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up, and generate interest in services.
• Build rapport with customers while identifying needs and opportunities.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in Service Titan.
• Document interactions and ensure all details are captured for follow-up.
• Work with your team to pass along qualified opportunities and support daily goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the Company.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience + bonus/commission eligibility
