Bonfe is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our St. Paul, MN team. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting homeowners with our home services platform.

You’ll handle inquiries, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in ongoing training. The position offers a starting wage of $21–$23 per hour, full benefits, PTO, paid training, uniforms, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Shift Hours:

Monday-Friday: 11:00am-8:00pm

Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Bonfe: Creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions.
