Sun Tan City is seeking an E-Services Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer and salon interactions, provide agent support, manage social media, and perform admin tasks for Sun Tan City and Glow Brands locations.

No prior experience needed; on-the-job training and flexible scheduling are provided, with a role focused on delivering friendly service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Basic experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service and resolution of escalated issues is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.
