Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a friendly E-Services Customer Service Representative to handle customer and salon inquiries, provide agent assistance, and support social media management. On-the-job training and flexible scheduling are offered, with no experience required.

You will work in a fast-paced call-center environment, engaging with clients, answering questions, and guiding them to products and services while maintaining professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service and resolution of escalated issues is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming interactions from customers and salons dealing with various issues.
• Provide agent assistance and maintain social media, plus other administrative tasks.
• Support Sun Tan City and Glow Brands locations with on-the-job tasks.
• Ensure social media inquiries are answered within department timelines.
• Create a ticket for every interaction and maintain accurate records.
