Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join the Headquarters team. You will handle inbound inquiries, support loyalty programs, and maintain customer accounts with a positive, proactive attitude.

In this fast-paced role you will respond to calls and emails, resolve issues, and perform data entry and account maintenance. Weekend availability and MS Office proficiency are preferred to help our customer care efforts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or retail experience is required.
• Availability to participate in extended hours and weekend shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer care tracking software.
• Speaking fluency in Spanish is a plus.

TheCustomer Care Specialistwill provide outstanding customer service, process customer comments, feedback and support the Mister Car Wash key customer loyalty programs. This position is a fast-paced, high volume role that offers an outstanding opportunity to enter our Headquarters Support Team. The Specialist will maintain a positive attitude while fielding inbound calls, handling any issues related to customer service and support overall account maintenance.
