Job summary

Terminix in Washington is seeking a Customer Care Representative to manage inbound and outbound contacts using an omnichannel approach. You will answer routine inquiries, assist with scheduling and billing, and help resolve issues to retain customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and basic PC skills including Word, Excel, and Windows. A typing speed of 25 wpm is preferred.

• Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues.
• Initiates outbound customer service calls for various campaigns.
• Handles incoming calls from technicians to provide support.

What do our Customer Care Representatives do?

This position is responsible for inbound and outbound contacts via an omnichannel approach to solve customer needs and retain customers. Provides a high-quality service experience by answering routine inquires and resolving problems that may require deviation from standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Base Pay Range

Hourly: $18.00 - $31.00

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
