Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for resolving customers’ concerns in homes and businesses.

You will gather information, schedule services, assist with billing, and maintain courteous, empathetic communication. We offer benefits starting Day 1 for full-time colleagues, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow within the Rentokil family across industries.

Qualifikationen

What do our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) do?

Our CSR’s are the first contact to help resolve customers’ concerns. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic to the callers’ concerns in their homes and businesses. They enjoy making a customer feel confident that their concerns will be handled promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Maintain good customer relations both on the phone and in person
• Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems

• Set sales appointments for new customers
• Answer billing questions
• Complete general clerical duties as assigned

What do you need?

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
