Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group in Neenah, Wisconsin, is seeking Customer Care Representatives to respond to inquiries from policyholders, prospects, and coworkers across multiple channels, using jewelry knowledge to promote personal jewelry insurance. Customer Care Representatives respond to inquiries from policyholders, prospects, and coworkers through multiple channels of communication. Uses general insurance and jewelry knowledge gained through education and/or experience to promote personal jewelry insurance to potential policyholders and jewelers. Position involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Anticipated start date: September 28th, 2026
Post training hours will include Monday 9:30-7, Tuesday-Thursday 10:30-7 and Friday 10:30-6.
