Responsibilities

  • Reviews and analyzes work related to Personal Lines policies through various channels (USPS, email, fax, Lockbox, and others).
  • Verifies policyholder information is complete and criteria are met for processing.
  • Compares manual-entry and pre-filled data with source documents to eliminate errors.
  • Correspond with policyholders and jewelers via omnichannel (telephone, email, chat, SMS) to obtain information or inform them of policy status or changes.
  • Utilize the Truepic photo verification platform when requesting additional information from policyholders.
  • Stays updated with knowledge of all required policies, procedures, systems, and services.
  • Maintains accuracy and quality as a core performance factor for ongoing customer relationships.
  • Embraces change, leads by example, maintains a positive work environment and continuous learning culture.
  • Reports to work as scheduled with reliable attendance.
  • Supports and lives out core values.

Summary: Our Personal Lines Policy Specialist reviews data and correspondence for new submissions and existing policies by verifying information is accurate and complete. What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
