Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Paso Robles, CA is seeking a Customer Care Representative I to serve as the primary interface between customers and the company. You will actively manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and research questions to resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in the plumbing industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Must be onsite in Paso Robles, CA office, 5 days a week.
