Elevance Health is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to support ZipDrug operations. The role handles customer questions about insurance benefits, eligibility, and claims, via phone and written correspondence, and requires strong communication and data-tracking skills.
You will document outcomes, resolve issues with speed and empathy, and coordinate with internal teams. The schedule is 100% remote with a Norfolk, VA resident, and occasional onsite as needed.

Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, contractors are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week.
